These terms and conditions govern the use of products and services provided by Bwar Ltd; by signing the contract and or using the services provided means you agree to our terms and conditions. By signing the documentation below, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

If for any reason you do not wish to renew your package with us for the next contract period term, we ask that you give us at least 4 weeks notice prior to the end date. We require this in writing or via email. This is so that we can effectively plan to remove your product without ourselves incurring extra costs, if we do not receive notification to cancel then you will be liable to pay the renewal fee, we hope you understand. Please note all cancelation requests must be received 4 weeks prior to your contract/package end date which you can find at the top of this order form or you will be liable for the next contract period, which is the same length as the initial contract. (Cancelation must be in writing or email – hello@myowncop.co.uk our address can be found at the top of this order form)
