On arrival we will walk you through how to use the van and all the information to get you on your way. There will also be an information pack in the van for you to refer to PLUS two weeks before you collect your van we will send you an information video for you to watch to familiarise yourself with the van.

Below is a manual for all our van’s, note Lottie has some small differences which we will take you through on the day.
